Due to the coronavirus pandemic, British city dwellers have been fleeing to the countryside for more living space. Naturally, this has caused a high demand for vacation homes, so on Sunday, records show, U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson decided to put his property outside of Oxford up for rent.

The farmhouse can be found in the town of Thame, which is located 13 miles east of Oxford. Johnson reportedly bought the home for £640,000 ($881,584) in 2003, and as of today, it has an estimated value of £1.2 ($1.65 million). It features four bedrooms, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a separate annex.

For anyone interested in making this their summer getaway, it’s currently priced at £4,250 ($5,841) per month, and perhaps the huge selling point of the pool will get it off the market fast. “The Old Farm House is a unique property on today’s lettings market,” Alice Prothero, director of estate agency Strutt & Parker Banbury, shared in a statement. “Its availability is rare because demand for country houses to rent has never been so high, leading to a widespread shortage of good-quality stock. The Old Farm House has already been popular with interested parties in the two days it’s been on the market—it ticks lots of boxes for families.”

Most days, Johnson resides in a 16-century home in Buckinghamshire, the place he went to recover after being hospitalized for COVID-19, The Week reports.
