Prime Restoration & Remediation To Relocate To Woonsocket

WOONSOCKET, RI — Prime Restoration & Remediation, a 24-hour emergency response business for disaster recovery for both residential and commercial properties, will relocate from Lincoln to Woonsocket, Woonsocket Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt announced.

The corporate headquarters will move to Highland Corporate Park at 811 Park East Drive — a 20,000 square-foot building previously occupied by Jeweled Cross.

"The decision of Prime Restoration & Remediation to relocate to Highland provides additional evidence that Woonsocket is a viable business location, even in this trying time," Baldelli-Hunt said. "Prime's purchase of 811 Park East Drive ensures that Highland continues to have no vacancies."

Joseph A. Solomon, Partner of Prime Restoration & Remediation, said the location offers convenient access to the major roadways leading to Worcester, Boston, Cape Cape and throughout Rhode Island.

"We appreciate Mayor Baldelli-Hunt's welcome and look forward to contributing to the Woonsocket business community and the region in general," Solomon said.

Solomon said their team has also been providing cleaning and disinfecting services to businesses throughout the region during the coronavirus health emergency.

Prime will be making minor interior and exterior improvements to the Highland property and is expected to complete their relocation to their new corporate headquarters in June.
