Prince Charles And Prince Andrew: A Feud That Goes Back Years
The British Royal Family has found themselves embroiled in one of the most dramatic scandals they've faced in decades.
Prince Andrew's friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, the accusations that he slept with underage girls, and a disastrous BBC interview have found him basically exiled from the royal family, and forced him out of any "work" responsibilities he may have had.
The scandal has found him butting heads with his older brother Prince Charles, who has taken the reigns and made some of the bigger decisions in how the family should move forward.

Prince Charles And Prince Andrew Had A Showdown At Sandringham
Prince Charles and Prince Andrew have had a contentious relationship for years, never being particularly warm with each other. It was recently reported that the two brothers had a "crisis lunch" at Sandringham and Charles read Andrew the "riot act."
In the podcast "Pod Save The Queen," hosted by Ann Gripper, the royal editor for the Daily Mirror Russell Myers was featured, and he spoke about the showdown between the princes.
He claimed, "(Charles) obviously rushed straight to Sandringham to see his father, to seek his counsel on this crisis that is still ongoing. William had done an investiture and went to go see the Queen, then William and Charles no doubt came together to discuss what had been said by the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh."
They've Never Been Close
He continued, “And now, it appears, Charles summoned Andrew to Sandringham. They have had this ‘showdown’ that was widely reported (to be coming) the week before last when Charles was still away on his tour. Some of the aides were frantically suggesting that that wasn’t going to happen. And, lo and behold, it has happened, as we were rightly saying."
Prince Andrew has always had a tense relationship with Prince Charles, and isn't close to his other siblings either. Former butler to Princess Diana, Paul Burrell, recently said in an interview with Piers Morgan that Prince Andrew tends to be out on his own, and doesn't often "mix" with his other royal siblings.
Prince Charles Wants To Slim Down The Monarchy
It was reported back in 2012 that Prince Charles had the intention of slimming down the monarcy, and cutting out minor royals. This did not go down well with Prince Andrew, and they've been tense ever since. Back in March Andrew did not appear at a party thrown for Charles to commemorate the 50th anniversary of his investiture as Prince of Wales.
A source told The Daily Beast that it was, “a naked display of hostility” between the brothers. But what has really lead to such hostility? Well, it's no secret that Prince Andrew is the Queen's favorite son, so perhaps there is a little jealousy and emotional turmoil going on behind the scenes.
Now, with the recent scandal, it appears Prince Charles is flexing his muscles and showing who is really boss (quite literally, as he will be king one day.)
Prince Andrew Will Walk With The Family On Christmas
Prince Charles can only control things so much at the moment, as it's been reported by the Sunday Times that Prince Andrew will walk to church on Christmas morning with the rest of the royal family.
Every year, the Queen's family walk to St. Mary Magdalene church, and royal fans are always waiting to greet them and hand out bouquets of flowers.
Royal reporter Roya Nikkah has claimed the walk will be "a litmus test of the public mood on Prince Andrew." Buckingham Palace told her, “The Duke of York is still a part of the royal family and you can expect to see him at family occasions.”
While this may be true, it will be interesting to see what happens when Charles takes the throne as king. Most likely, Prince Andrew will find himself out in the proverbial cold.
