Prince Edward and Sophie Visit Manchester Ahead of Queen's Funeral

Prince Edward and Sophie, the earl and countess of Wessex, were greeted by crowds during a visit to Manchester, England, on Thursday, September 15, ahead of Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral on September 19.

Local news reported the prince and his wife were scheduled to view floral tributes laid by members of the public and visit the Central Library to view the book of condolences.
