Prince George County arrests trio for Easter Sunday shooting in Sheetz parking lot

PRINCE GEORGE – County police have arrested three men in connection with the Easter Sunday shooting of two men in the parking lot of a convenience store.

In an email Thursday, authorities identified the suspects as Jamari Malik Woolridge, 22, of Stony Creek; Travion Antonio Hill, 19, of Petersburg; and Kamar Qualik German, 18, of Jarratt. Woolridge and Hill have each been charged with attempted aggravated murder in the commission of a robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. German was charged with attempted robbery and causing bodily injury, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

All are being held pending court appearances.

The shooting happened around 5 p.m. March 31 in the parking lot at Sheetz just off Temple Avenue. One of the victims was airlifted to Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, and the other was taken to a local emergency-care center.
