Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have recorded a special video in which they ask Sir David Attenborough some pressing questions about wildlife.

The official Kensington Palace Twitter account shared the sweet video and wrote, “Sir David Attenborough, we’ve got some questions for you.” Prince George started off by asking, “What animal do you think will become extinct next?”

Attenborough replied to George and said, “Well let’s hope there won’t be any. Because there are lots of things we can do when animals are in danger of extinction. We can protect them.” He then detailed some of the ways the general public can get involved to help preserve wildlife and stop animals from going extinct.

Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte said, “I like spiders, do you like spiders too?” Attenborough enthusiastically replied, “I love spiders, I’m so glad you like them!”

“I think they’re wonderful things,” he continued. “Why is it that people are so frightened of them?” Attenborough then asked Charlotte, “Have you ever watched one trying to build its web? That’s extraordinary.”

Finally, Prince Louis adorably asked, “What animal do you like?” Attenborough replied, “I think I like monkeys best. Because they’re such fun. They can jump all over the place... And they’re so funny. And I like them a lot.”

Attenborough recently visited the Cambridges at Kensington Palace. During the socially-distanced visit, the filmmaker showed Prince William his latest nature documentary, and gifted Prince George a megalodon tooth, which the Cambridge kids were very impressed with.
