Prince Harry’s Barbados Vacation Villa Is For Sale

Royal fans have yet another chance to get close to Prince Harry. Just after someone put an offer on the picturesque fixer-upper down the street from his and Duchess Meghan's home in Windsor, a luxurious villa in Barbados where Harry stayed in January 2010 is for sale. But while the abode near Frogmore Cottage was listed for $1.4 million, this beachfront pad will set you back quite a bit more—$40 million.

Dubbed Cove Spring House, the 10-bedroom, 20,000-square-foot beachfront mansion is located on 1.3 acres and boasts stunning views of the ocean. The exterior is a mix of Palladian and Georgian architecture that allows light and air to flow through the large open space. Inside you’ll find a commercial-grade kitchen, a gym, and a movie theater. That’s in addition to the seven spacious bedroom suites in the main house and three separate guest cottages.

Of course, the home is designed for outside living. According to the listing on Hardings International, “most rooms boast wide verandas opening onto the expansive patio with the free-form pool and Jacuzzi and to the stunning sea views beyond. At the base of the cliff is a secluded beach with private access from the villa. The property is surrounded by lush tropical gardens providing complete privacy and serenity.”

There are also 19 full-time staff members on site, including a manager, butlers, chefs, maids, gardeners, and security.

With so many incredible amenities, it’s no wonder the Duke of Sussex chose this place to stay when he was in Barbados for the launch of the Sentebale Polo Cup at nearby Apes Hill Polo Club. The sixth in line to the throne isn't the only famous name who has visited. Celebrities such as Elton John, Hugh Grant, Simon Cowell, Rihanna, Nicole Kidman, and Rod Stewart have all reportedly stayed here as well.
