Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t playing games with their daughter’s name.

A representative for the royal duo confirmed Harry and Meghan secured the rights to online domain names for newborn Lilibet Diana, The Telegraph reported.

“Of course, as is often customary with public figures, a significant number of domains of any potential names that were considered were purchased by their team to protect against the exploitation of the name once it was later chosen and publicly shared,” the representative told the British outlet in a report published Monday.

The baby girl, who arrived on June 4, is named after Queen Elizabeth, whose longtime nickname is Lilibet, and Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana.

By June 4, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had obtained the domain names lilidiana.com and lilibetdiana.com in the United States, according to The Telegraph.

Lilibet is the second child for Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, who also have a 2-year-old son named Archie.

Harry and Meghan, who have been married since 2018, stepped down from their senior royal duties in the United Kingdom last year. They have since moved to Southern California.

In a wide-ranging interview with Oprah Winfrey that aired on CBS in March, Harry and Meghan detailed the challenges and media scrutiny that they faced during their time in the U.K., and described feeling unsupported by palace officials.
