Prince Harry, his father Prince Charles, and good friend Tom Hardy made a joint appearance today for a roundtable discussion about reducing youth crime. Meghan Markle wasn't in attendance, but it seems the Duke of Sussex was still in good company.

The event took place at Clarence House-the official residence of Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall-and was organized by Prince's Trust, a royal organization that supports young people facing issues like homelessness, trouble with the law, or mental health issues.

According to The Telegraph, the Prince of Wales called for ways in which young people can help prevent and reduce violence in their communities, such as vocational education.

"There must be better ways, if we’re going to prevent all these appalling disasters happening to so many people’s families," the prince said, per The Telegraph. "This is a thing which seems unacceptable, frankly. We should say enough is enough. This time, we are really going to make a dent in this for the sake of so many young and so many families."

He later added, "We need to find better ways of helping people in that adolescent transition period to take part in some exciting, adventurous, constructive, sometimes risky if you get past health and safety, opportunities."

Hardy was seen sitting at the same table as the royal father-son duo. The actor has been an ambassador of the program since 2008. "The Prince’s Trust is a charity that has always been close to my heart," he told Mirror last year.

Although the actor doesn't publicize his relationship with the royals much, he's known Harry for quite some time. In fact, Hardy and his wife, Charlotte Riley, attended the royal wedding in May. All the star could say about the ceremony was that he received an invite for a "deeply private" reason. "Harry is a f*cking legend," he told Esquire for the September issue.
