Prince William and Kate View Tributes to Queen at Sandringham

William and Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales, greeted crowds and viewed memorial tributes to Queen Elizabeth II in Sandringham, England, on September 15.

Video footage posted by Hannah Suggitt shows Prince William and Kate Middleton surveying the tributes left outside the gates of Sandringham House, one of the royal residences of King Charles III.

About 100,000 people have left tributes at the estate’s gates since news of the queen’s death last week, according to the BBC.

The late Queen Elizabeth was to lie in state in London until her funeral on Monday, September 19, following her death on Thursday, September 8. Credit: Hannah Suggitt via Storyful
