Princess Charlotte is growing up *so* fast. The little royal turned 6 on May 2 and Kate Middleton and Prince William are celebrating her birthday. Kate tested her skills behind the camera in order to photograph Charlotte for her special day. The Royal Family Twitter account shared the adorable portrait.

“Wishing Princess Charlotte a very happy sixth birthday today,” the tweet read. It’s caused some people to do a double take because Charlotte looks like Queen Elizabeth when she was her age.

Charlotte also looks like her dad and the late Princess Diana. What can we say? The royal family’s genes are strong.

“Am I the only one who doesn’t see similarities between Charlotte and the Queen?” one user asked. Nope, definitely not the only one.

Kate is open about how she wants to raise Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. “My parents taught me about the importance of qualities like kindness, respect, and honesty, and I realize how central values like these have been to me throughout my life,” she explained during a visit to Mitchell Brook Primary School in February 2017. “That is why William and I want to teach our little children, George and Charlotte, just how important these things are as they grow up.”
