Earlier today, Princess Eugenie of York married her long-time partner Jack Brooksbank in yet another royal wedding, and the newlyweds left Windsor Castle in extreme style: the Aston Martin DB10, the star car from the James Bond movie Spectre. When Eugenie's cousin, Prince Harry, married Meghan Markle earlier this year, the two rode off in Jaguar's electric E-type Zero. The DB10, while maybe not as classy as that classic Jag, is certainly a more exciting choice.

28-year-old Eugenie is Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter-her father is Prince Andrew-and she is ninth in line to the British throne. Her now-husband Jack, who is 32, is a descendant of baronets and works in hospitality. The couple have been together for seven years after meeting while skiing in Switzerland, making their wedding announcement in January 2018.

The DB10 was created specifically for use in Spectre, the 24th James Bond movie, which was released in 2015. Only 10 cars were built, with eight being used in the film and two being created to promote the movie. The DB10 also served as a preview of Aston Martin's future design language; this is especially apparent in the all-new Vantage, which takes many cues from the movie car. One of the two "show cars," the only one made available to the public, was sold at auction in 2016 for $3.5 million. The DB10 is based on the same platform as the old V8 Vantage, and is powered by that car's 4.7-liter V-8 mated to a six-speed manual transmission. In the movie, Bond is chased through the streets of Rome by the movie villain's henchman, who drove the insane Jaguar C-X75 concept hypercar.

In a tweet, Aston CEO Andy Palmer wished the newlyweds congratulations on behalf of Aston, saying to "enjoy the DB10." We're sure they did.
