Priscilla Presley is coming to del Lago Resort & Casino in Tyre, Seneca County.

The former wife of Elvis Presley will take the stage inside The Vine showroom at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, to share personal stories, including about her life behind the gates of Presley’s Memphis mansion, Graceland, when she was married to the music legend. Audience members also will have an opportunity to ask questions.

Tickets to the 21-and-older event ($25 to $40) are available at dellagoresort.com.

Now 77, Presley is the subject of the forthcoming Sofia Coppola movie, “Priscilla.” Set for theatrical release Oct. 27, it tells the story of how 14-year-old Priscilla Beaulieu met Elvis Presley, 24 and already a rock and roll superstar, in Germany during his military service and promises to reveal “the unseen side of a great American myth in Elvis and Priscilla’s long courtship and turbulent marriage.”

On Jan. 12, the couple’s only child, Lisa Marie Presley, died at 54 after developing a small bowel obstruction, a complication of bariatric surgery she’d undergone years earlier.

In May, Priscilla Presley resolved a legal dispute with her granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, over control of the family trust. Reportedly, it involved a lump-sum payment, a role as “Special Advisor to the Trust” for which she will be receive monthly compensation, and the right to be buried at Graceland near her former husband.

Elvis Presley died at 42 on Aug. 16, 1977, four years after he and Priscilla divorced.

She went on to become an actress and bestselling author. Her 1986 memoir, “Elvis and Me,” is the basis for Coppola’s film.

In addition to her acting roles on TV’s “Dallas” and in such box office hits as “The Naked Gun” series, Priscilla Presley was responsible for transforming Elvis Presley’s legacy into a highly profitable brand.
