Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Richard Madden and Stanley Tucci posed in front of the iconic London skyline to promote their new spy series Citadel.

The stars are in London for the latest leg of promotions for the highly anticipated Prime Video show, which launches on the platform at the end of the month.

The synopsis for the show reads: “Eight years ago, Citadel fell. The independent global spy agency—tasked to uphold the safety and security of all people—was destroyed by operatives of Manticore, a powerful syndicate manipulating the world from the shadows.

With Citadel’s fall, elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) had their memories wiped as they narrowly escaped with their lives. They’ve remained hidden ever since, building new lives under new identities, unaware of their pasts. Until one night, when Mason is tracked down by his former Citadel colleague, Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), who desperately needs his help to prevent Manticore from establishing a new world order.”

Lesley Manville also stars in the show which has been produced by the Russo brothers, famed for creating various Marvel movies including Captain America and Avengers.

And on Thursday night, Chopra appeared on The One Show to promote the series.

But Britain’s Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli drew the ire of some viewers after he kept talking over Chopra Jonas.

Viewers of the show remarked how during the portion of the show supposedly for Chopra Jonas to talk about the project, Tonioli continued to speak over the star, 40.

One viewer complained: “Bruno really needs to be quiet, you’ve had your moment, let the woman have her turn.”

While another person tweeted: “Good god, Bruno is so annoying!!!!”

Chopra – who is married to singer Nick Jonas – welcomed a daughter, Malti, by surrogate in early 2022.

She made her first public appearance earlier this year when her father was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Malti Marie wore a small woollen cardigan and a white hairband as she sat with Chopra for the ceremony, then joined for the family pictures after.

Chopra was joined by the wives of the other Jonas brothers: Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas, for the ceremony.

Accepting the awards, Nick said Chopra was the “calm in the crazy, the rock in the storm,” and said being parents together was “the greatest gift”.

Addressing his daughter, he added: “Malti Marie, I can’t wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you and your friends.”
