MADEIRA, Ohio – The LPGA is back in Cincinnati this week for the first time in over 30 years.

Thanks to the combined, years-long effort of local brands and advocates, some of the best LPGA players in the world will compete at Kenwood Country Club in Madeira this Thursday through Sunday for the 2022 Kroger Queen City Championship.

The inaugural Procter & Gamble-presented tournament marks Cincinnati's first LPGA event since 1989, and the highest-caliber golfing event at Kenwood Country Club since the U.S. Women's Open Championship in 1963.

When and where is the 2022 Kroger Queen City Championship?

The 2022 Kroger Queen City Championship takes place Thursday, Sept. 8 through Sunday, Sept. 11 at Kenwood Country Club in Madeira.

Who’s playing in the 2022 Kroger Queen City Championship?

The tournaments features 144 athletes and some of the top players in the sport. Here are notable names scheduled to compete in this year's event:

  • Minjee Lee, the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open champion.

  • Brooke Henderson, the 2022 Evian Championship winner.

  • Six-time LPGA Tour winner Jessica Korda.

  • Jennifer Kupcho, the 2022 Chevron Championship winner.

  • Gianna Clemente, who recently became the youngest player ever to Monday qualify for three consecutive LPGA events.

  • Stacy Lewis, a 13-time Tour winner and the 2023 U.S. Solheim Cup team captain.

  • Paula Creamer, a 10-time Tour winner.

  • Ashley Buhai, winner of the 2022 AIG Women’s Open.

  • Lexi Thompson, the second-youngest LPGA golfer to win a major and an 11-time Tour winner.

Tickets can be purchased online or onsite this week at admissions at Kenwood Country Club.

Thursday, Sept. 8:

  • 7 a.m. Gates open.

  • 7:30 to 9:31 a.m. First round morning tee times.

  • 12:30 to 2:31 p.m. First round afternoon tee times.

  • 6 p.m. Spectators can partake in a golf performance clinic.

Friday, Sept. 9:

  • 7 a.m. Gates open.

  • 7:30 to 9:31 a.m. Second round morning tee times.

  • 12:30 to 2:31 p.m. Second round afternoon tee times.

Saturday, Sept. 10:

  • 6:45 a.m. Gates open.

  • 7:15 a.m. to 12:48 p.m. Third round tee times.

  • 9 a.m. Spectators can enjoy yoga on the green.

Sunday, Sept. 11:

  • 6:45 a.m. Gates open.

  • 7:15 a.m. to 12:48 p.m. Final round tee times

  • 5 p.m., or end of play: Tournament concludes with closing ceremony at the 18th green.

What can I bring into Kenwood Country Club?

Small purses, clutches and wallets are permitted in tournament grounds and are subject to search. Cell phones must be turned to silent mode.

What items are restricted?

Coolers, containers, large bags and backpacks, lounge chairs, cameras, noise-producing devices, weapons and pets, excluding service animals, are prohibited inside tournament grounds.

Where can I park for the tournament?

Spectators can park at Ensemble Health Partners parking Lot B (11511 Reed Hartman Highway, Blue Ash) for $10. During the tournament, parking is cash-only, or you can purchase a parking ticket online in advance.

Shuttles will take spectators from Lot B to the Kenwood Country Club main entrance starting 45 minutes before play and ending 45 minutes after play.

Accessible parking and shuttles will be available at the Fifth Third Madisonville Operations Center parking Lot C (5050 Kingsley Drive, Madisonville).

A pick-up and drop-off area for Uber and Lyft will be located by the tournament's main entrance. Spectators walking to the tournament can enter through the main entrance. Learn more at queencitylpga.com/parking.

Golf Channel will broadcast the 2022 Kroger Queen City Championship at these times:
