LEXINGTON, MA — Welcome to the end of possibly the longest week in American history — although it looks like it may not be over yet.

As the presidential election turned in favor of Joe Biden on Friday, pro-Donald Trump demonstrators gathered on the famous Lexington green — a National Historic Site — and clashed with counter-protesters.

Lexington town workers had to separate the two groups with barricades. The town's voters overwhelmingly picked Biden, with just 16.7 percent going for Trump.
