Pro wrestling show tapes live in Newport this weekend and Mom gets in free Sunday

Can't decide what to get your pro wrestling-loving mom for Mother's Day? You're in luck: IMPACT Wrestling is hosting two showdowns this weekend at Newport's PromoWest Pavilion at Ovation.

On Saturday, May 7, IMPACT will present "Under Siege," a wrestling event featuring acts like Moose, The Good Brothers, Deonna Purrazzo, Mickie James, Eric Young and more. The show streams live at 8 p.m. on IMPACT Plus and can also be watched by IMPACT Ultimate Insiders on IMPACT's YouTube channel.

Then, on Sunday, May 8, fans can attend a live taping of IMPACT's "May Day" event, which will air in an upcoming episode of the Nashville-based wrestling promotion's weekly TV show, "IMPACT!," which airs on AXS TV on Thursday nights.

In celebration of Mother's Day, moms can go to Sunday's fight for free.

According to a press release, all IMPACT stars will be in the Cincinnati area this weekend for the shows, including X-Division Champion Ace Austin, Knockouts World Champion Tasha Steelz, The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson), Mickie James, W. Morrissey, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Chris Sabin, Eric Young, Madison Rayne, Rosemary, Rhino, Heath, Jordynne Grace and more.
