If you have your heart set on a Pontiac Solstice, this is the one to get. It's a manual GXP Coupe with low miles in perfect condition, for sale on eBay right now.

Welcome to You Must Buy, our daily look at the cars you really should be buying instead of that boring commuter sedan.

The GXP Coupe is the rarest and most desirable version of the Solstice. In place of the standard soft convertible top sits a manually removable targa roof, which, in this author's opinion, makes the car look a lot better. Under the hood sits a 260-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four, paired to a five-speed manual transmission sending torque to the rear wheels. Produced for just a single model year, only 1266 examples were built.

This particular example is one of just eight manual GXP coupes produced in this particular color, according to the seller's description. The pictures aren't high quality, but they do a good job of showing just how well-kept the car has been. Everything looks to be in showroom condition—even the passenger airbag warning tag is still attached to the dash.

The car is currently up for bidding without reserve on eBay Motors in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with an opening bid of $28,500. That might seem like a lot of money for a decade-old Pontiac, but considering this 34-mile example in similar condition sold for a whopping $45,000, we suspect this one won't go for much cheaper.
