Prolific Nashville music managers to merge in new company, create power roster

Music managers Cliff Burnstein and Peter Mensch announced a plan to join forces with manager Aaron Frank and operate under the company name Q Prime AF.

Frank will bring his company's team along in the merger, as well as the several artists he manages. These include Greta Van Fleet, Marcus King, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Houndmouth and All Them Witches.

The new management team will operate under the Q Prime umbrella, which also houses Q Prime South and Q Prime UK. Q Prime's current roster of artists includes Metallica, Muse, Foals, Disturbed, Cage The Elephant, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, Three Days Grace and several others.

"Cliff and Peter are the reason I became a manager," Frank said in a news release about the merger. "They have always been the gold standard of managers in my eyes, and their independent spirit and savviness is unmatched. I'm so excited to join their amazing team to elevate our work, and excited for what we can build together at Q Prime AF."

The deal will allow Frank's team to tap into the resources of Q Prime and the expertise of Burnstein and Mensch, according to the release.

Mensch said the partnership will elevate Q Prime's standard beyond the 'Gold, platinum standard' that already exists.

"We wanted to establish a new standard," he said.
