Prominent local chef lands a new gig at CLT

Count the Queen City’s hub airport as the latest place acclaimed local chef Greg Collier is making his mark.

The co-owner of BayHaven Restaurant Group is taking on the role of executive chef for the Amex Centurion Lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, according to Axios Charlotte.

That means Collier — though he won’t be on location most days — will be shaping the menu for the lounge, which debuted in early 2020 at CLT.
