New service promises to deliver groceries in 10 minutes or less

Brooklyn will be Gorillas' first location in the United States, and it plans to expand into Manhattan next month.

- Happening today, a European startup debuts, which is sure to add a bit of spice to the grocery delivery war. Gorilla's plans to kick start its 10 minute delivery service in select Brooklyn neighborhoods today. The company is hiring a fleet of bike carriers, couriers, sending out directly from warehouses. The $2 delivery fee comes without a minimum purchase requirement. Gorillas will compete with Fridge No More, another startup that delivers groceries within 15 minutes to the outer Boroughs.
