During fall 2019, in between sizzling hot news about Jonathan and Zooey's whirlwind romance (see their complete relationship timeline here) Property Brothers hosts Drew and Jonathan Scott also announced they would be launching their own lifestyle magazine titled Reveal. Well folks, the wait is finally over! The first issue of Reveal hits newsstands on Friday, January 10. Luckily, we already got a peek at the cover.

Now if you're thinking this magazine will only feature home decor and design tips, think again. The 41-year-old identical twins brothers wanted their publication to be a source of inspiration for readers and encourage them to live life to the fullest. After all, it is being produced by two go-getting self-made millionaires whose net worth is equal to $20 million. Please teach us your ways Property Brothers!

Suitably, the magazine's tagline reads: "It all starts at home." Drew elaborates in an Instagram video that "It all starts at home, but that’s not where it ends," as the home can affect so many other areas of life. Reveal will cover entertaining, family, food, gardening, outdoor living, wellness, music, and travel. It will also feature sections about celebrity "lifestyle fails" and advice from parents. For the brothers, these things all go hand-in-hand, and they want to help readers be their best self while also delivering quality content.

As you can see from the cover, most of the headlines aren't even about decorating or renovating the home. The first issue will feature articles on how to get a better night's sleep, geeky gadgets, and even talk to Kate Hudson. But besides inspiring and informing audiences, the brothers hope their publication fosters unity. "We want to make sure that, unlike any other magazine out there, we have a much closer relationship with our readers," Drew tells PEOPLE. "I think it’s going to really start to create a community for people to come together," Jonathan says.

In terms of why Reveal was the perfect title, there are two reasons. "We want to show simple steps that reveal new ways to get the most out of life," Jonathan told PEOPLE. The title was also inspired by one of their favorite moments on their show. "People ask us all the time why we do what we do. And after all these years—and we’re almost at 400 episodes, 400 families that we’ve helped with our shows—the one thing that we always absolutely love is that moment we reveal the dream home to the families," Drew told PEOPLE.

Reveal costs $9.99 per issue on newsstands or for an annual subscription price of $20 for four issues. Can't get enough of these guys? Drew just launched a podcast with his wife Linda that talks talks home life and the memories cultivated in a home, rather than just the decor.
