Prosecutors: Butler County man facing 20 counts related to child pornography, drugs

A Somerville, Ohio man was indicted Monday on 20 counts related to child pornography and drug offenses, according to the Butler County Prosecutor's Office.

Brandon Marlow, 36, is facing charges of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and possessing drug abuse instruments, documents filed in Butler County Common Pleas Court show.

Marlow was arrested and charged on June 27 following a lengthy interview with investigators, according to a release from the Butler County Sheriff's Office.

Jail records show Marlow is currently being held at the Butler County Jail. Court records do not indicate when he is next scheduled to appear in court.

The case is being heard before Common Pleas Judge Daniel E. Haughey.
