Prosecutors present evidence against suspect in NorCal rapist case

The suspect in the NorCal rapist case was in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. Roy Charles Waller faces dozens of felony charges. Waller, a Benicia resident who worked at the University of California, is accused of sexually assaulting at least nine women in a series of attacks from a 15-year crime spree that spanned six Northern California counties -- Sonoma, Solano, Contra Costa, Yolo, Sacramento and Butte.
