Protest against Rittenhouse crosses Brooklyn Bridge

Rittenhouse was initially charged with five felonies, including intentional and reckless homicide, for shooting Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber and Gaige Grosskreutz during several days of protests in Kenosha. The protest occurred after a white police officer shot Jacob Blake, a black man, seven times while responding to a domestic disturbance leaving him partially paralyzed.

Rosenbaum and Huber were killed by Rittenhouse. Grosskreutz survived a gunshot wound to his right bicep.

In today's ruling, Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges in the Kenosha shooting and family members, friends and members of the Kenosha community spoke out on the injustice of that ruling.

These protestors are protesting in Solidary with Kenosha and against the Rittenhouse verdict. They have made their way from the Barclay's Center to the Brooklyn Bridge.
