Protesters Yell at Person Taking Down Street Sign During Washington Demonstration
Demonstrators filled the streets of Washington, DC, on June 2 to protest police brutality following the officer-involved death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
Footage shows protesters booing and flinging objects at a person who has taken down a street sign during a demonstration.
“This individual [tore] down a street sign and we yelled at him to stop and get down. Chants of ‘peaceful protest’ ensued,” one of the protesters said in a tweet.
