Providence Day QB Jadyn Davis commits to Michigan live on ESPN

Quarterback Jadyn Davis out of Providence Day School announced on Friday that he committed to the University of Michigan.

His announcement was broadcasted live to a national audience on ESPN.

Davis’ family and classmates shared the celebration in the Mosack Athletic Center at Providence Day.

Davis thanked Carolina Panthers’ former quarterback Cam Newton, who has been like a big brother to him while on the 7-on-7 team.

“I love Cam and everything he is about ... He is one of the best human beings to be around,” Davis said.
