PSP investigate copper wire theft from Boscov’s

NORWEGIAN TOWNSHIP, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say troopers are investigating the theft of copper wire from a Boscov’s in Schuylkill County.

According to PSP between February 1 at 12:01 a.m. and April 12, at 7:23 a.m., suspects broke into Boscov’s Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall and cut and stole the copper wire attached to the store’s generator.

PSP says they’re actively investigating the copper wire theft and anyone with information is asked to contact the Schuylkill Haven barracks at 570-754-4600.
