JOE HOLDEN: 17 more dogs are safe this evening thanks to the Pennsylvania SPCA. Humane officers returned to a property in Berks County where they rescued two dogs earlier this week. The PSPCA says they saved 19 dogs from what used to be a licensed kennel, but the Bureau of Dog Law revoked the kennel's license.

The dogs are recovering and will hopefully find their forever home soon. Humane officers intend to file cruelty charges.
