PUBG Mobile hosts Be@rbrick event featuring themed collectibles
Players can collect both physical and in-game versions of PUBG Mobile-themed Be@rbricks.
Tencent Games announced on Monday (17 April) that it has partnered Japanese toy company Medicom Toy Corporation and its collectible toy brand Be@rbrick to add the toys to the game and produce PUBG Mobile-themed Be@rbrick collectibles.
As part of the collaboration, players who participate in battle royale matches on the Erangel map will randomly find three types of giant Be@rbrick collectibles spread throughout the map.
By interacting with them, players will be able to gain supplies corresponding to the type they find.
Additionally, four Be@rbrick companions will be available to join players on the battlegrounds: Level 3 Helmet Be@rbrick Buddy, Ghillie Suit Be@rbrick Buddy, Underworld Guide Be@rbrick Buddy, and Air Drop Be@rbrick Buddy.
A collection of new in-game PUBG Mobile-themed Be@rbrick collectibles has also been added for players to collect and show off.
Players looking to start collecting real-life PUBG Mobile-themed Be@rbricks will need to join in-game activities that will be added to the game soon.
Completing these activities will allow them to purchase physical version of the limited-edition PUBG Mobile Air Drop Be@rbrick.
The PUBG Mobile Be@rbrick event is now live and will run until 15 May. Players will be able to purchase Be@rbrick companions and items until 31 May.
