Public’s help sought after two neglected dogs found on side of Framingham road
Two dogs with severe health issues were found abandoned on the side of the road in Framingham on Wednesday, and police are now looking for their owner.
Officers responding to the area of Waverly Street for a pair of abandoned pooches found the pups with a litany of health issues, including severe ringworm infections, according to Framingham Police.
Officials say the dogs had clearly been neglected. Pictures show the deplorable conditions they were found in.
The dogs are now in the safe care of Framingham Animal Control.
