The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department between May 1 and June 22.

May 1

Dollar General, 5925 East Pike, Chemicals stored over food in clearance section.

Dollar General, 3015 East Pike, Hand sanitizer stored over food.

May 4

Dillon Onestop, 6325 Newark Road, Nashport, No person in charge present in food facility during inspection. Handwashing sink in employee bathroom must be reinstalled by licensed plumber in 30 days as it was removed and replaced with a shower. Pizza was at 95 degrees.

May 11

Buffalo Wild Wings, 1352 Brandywine Blvd., Condiment cooler at 47 degrees; food discarded.

May 15

Rittberger North Market, 3576 Maple Ave., Sanitizer wipes stored above food in dry storage room.

Jimmy John's 1167 Brandywine Blvd., Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature.

May 17

AJ's Fuel, 1648 Linden Ave., Raw chicken stored over ready to eat foods.

Angry Bull Saloon, 1406 Linden Ave., Diced tomatoes not discarded after 7 days. TCS sauces and dressings not properly date marked.

May 18

Nashport Shell, 6220 Frazeysburg Road, Nashport, Raw eggs stored over ready to eat foods.

Vista Golf, 2600 Hennessey Drive, Nashport, Items stored in handwashing sink.

Pizza Cottage, 3938 Pondview Drive, Mold on ice machine.

Dairy Queen, 1270 Maple Ave., Chicken tenders and fries were at 110 degrees.

Garland Hotel, 150 Garland Way, New Concord, Raw eggs stored above ready to eat foods.

May 30

Longhorn Steakhouse, 3557 Maple Ave., Mold on ice machine and soda gun.

June 21

El Palenque, 269 Main St., Duncan Falls, Salsa in reach-in cooler was 44 degrees.

June 22

Papa John's, 75 N. Maysville Pike, TCS foods not held at proper temperature, food discarded.
