Dec. 9

Nashport Shell, 6220 Frazeysburg Road, Chicken chili, chicken patty sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches had internal temperature of 122.7 degrees; must be 135 degrees or higher. Chicken, ham, pasta and macaroni salad not properly date marked. Sliced deli meat not date marked.

Dec. 28

Red Lobster, 755 Zane St., Pico de gallo, green onions and shredded cheese held at 60 degrees; must be held at 41 degrees or below. Significant amount of wastewater flowing out of floor drains in kitchen and bar area; facility voluntarily closed until plumber can fix the issue.
