Green Clean Auto Wash acquired three sites as part of its 2021 expansion with plans to begin construction this spring and to be washing cars by the fall. The sites are: a 4,400-square-foot retail building at 7442 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, a 2,970-square-foot retail building at 3290 Worth Crossing in Charlottesville, and a 1,440-square-foot retail building at 1404 W. Ehringhaus St., in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Wick Smith and Chris Rouzie represented the purchaser, GCAW, in the transactions. Will McGoogan, John Pritzlaff, Jenny Stoner, Dawn F. Griggs, and Dean Martin represented the seller for the properties in Charlottesville and Elizabeth City.
