Cuce Twins LLC purchased the 3,600-square-foot industrial/flex condominium at 2513 Squadron Court, Suite 111, Virginia Beach, from HVAC Express Supply Inc. for $350,000 to occupy for its distribution business. Rob Wright represented the purchaser.

Town and Country Properties purchased the fully leased 39,000-square-foot Town & Country Shopping Center at 4765-469 and 473 Merrimac Trail, York County, from Jefferson Realty Co. for $2.9 million as an investment. Dawn F. Griggs and Drew Haynie represented the seller.

SSBL purchased the combined 36.250-square-foot Class B Office buildings Rock Landing IV and Rock Landing V at 11844-11846 Rock Landing Drive, in the Oyster Point area of Newport News, from Rock Landing Partners III LLC and Rock Landing Partners IV LLC for $3 million as an investment.
