The Runnymede Corp. bought Crossways Commerce Center IV, 1408 Stephanie Way, in the Greenbrier submarket of Chesapeake from DSC Partners. The multi-tenant building, built in 1998 on a 3.99-acre site, comprises 52,056 square feet and was 100% leased at the time of the sale. Leidos, a Fortune 500 information technology, engineering, and science solutions and services company headquartered in Reston, occupies 91% of the building with the balance leased to 7-Eleven for its regional corporate office. J. Scott Adams and Michael Ettel represented the seller in the transaction in association with Perry Frazer, Pat Mugler and Ricky Anderson.

MITECH Property Management purchased the 4,000-square-foot office condominium at 820 Greenbrier Circle, Chesapeake, for $410,000 as an investment. Christine M. Kaempfe represented the buyer.

2280 Steppingstone LLC purchased two 12,000-square-foot office/warehouse condo buildings at 2278-2280 Steppingstone Square, Chesapeake, from Chesapeake Land Co LLC for $2,880,000 as an investment. Geoff Poston handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.

Shamin Hotels purchased the 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites, 12251 Jefferson Ave., Newport News, on about 2.65 acres, from Yoder Inn Group L.P. for $9 million as an investment. The property consists of 90 rooms and 30 two-room suites originally constructed in 1995. Shamin plans on renovating the property. G.
