Blackfin Real Estate Investors

A joint venture between Blackfin Real Estate Investors and GMF Capital LLC closed on Pepperwood Townhomes (155 units) and Towne Point Landing Apartments (193 units) in Portsmouth for $35.5 million. Both are 99% leased. This transaction was done directly by Blackfin/GMF without intermediation. This is Blackfin’s second transaction in Hampton Roads in the past three months as well as its third and fourth properties in Portsmouth. Blackfin also acquired Westover Station apartments in Newport News in November 2020.

Sectorsite Tower Assets LLC purchased 3386 Holland Road, Unit B, Virginia Beach, a land condominium consisting of about 2.164 acres of commercially zoned land for $250,000. Bryan K. Gilpin represented the seller.

Amos Berkovich purchased 7629 Chesapeake Blvd., Norfolk, a 14,316-square-foot office/warehouse building on 0.67 acres for $615,000. Bryan K. Gilpin represented the buyer.
