Team Clark LLC purchased the 10,000-square-foot office property at 2604 Barrett St., Virginia Beach, from Barrett Street LLC for $1,290,000 as an investment, and Stephanie Clark Real Estate/ RE/MAX Alliance will expand into the entire building and continue the operation of the business at this location. Christine M. Kaempfe represented the seller.

A California-based investor purchased The Ballentine Lofts at 2415 Ballentine Blvd. and The Fort Tar Lofts at 1001 Monticello Ave., Norfolk, for $6.1 million as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Clark Simpson of Capital Markets Group represented the seller.

Thalhimer Realty Partners bought Riverpoint Court, a 32-unit multifamily development, from Riverpoint Granby LLC. Constructed in 1945 to offer housing and education space for hospital staff, Riverpoint Court is located along Granby Street adjacent to Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center. The two-story property underwent significant restoration and redevelopment in 2008.
