Located at 2211 Fordem Road in the city of Madison, the closure has been prompted by the company’s “significant downturn in business.”

Officials with CJK Group say that this action is expected to result in the permanent elimination of 116 employees, 12 of whom are salaried and 104 are hourly positions.

CJK Group says that Sheridan Wisconsin will begin eliminating positions on April 13 and will continue in phases until a complete closure of the facility, expected on June 28.

Additionally, this is a non-union facility with no interplant bumping rights. CJK Group will ensure that Sheridan Wisconsin employees will be paid all earned wages and agreed-upon benefits at the time of their termination.
