Puerto Rico works to rebuild after federal government releases some Hurricane Maria funds

Four years after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, the island is still struggling to rebuild. FEMA says the storm caused about $90 billion in damage but Congress only allocated about $63 billion in relief and recovery efforts.
