PULSE Gathering seeks to connect Broomfield creatives

Oct. 13—The community is invited to join the City and County of Broomfield for its next PULSE gathering Wednesday at The Refuge, 11600 Quay St. #200, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event seeks to connect Broomfield creatives to forge connections and learn more about the city and county's cultural scene.

At the event, a new multi-year project will be launched. The project includes amplifying community stories, creating new works of art and culture inspired by those stories, showcasing the works alongside the storytellers and community resources and an ongoing education program built on the project.

The event will discuss details of the project and how residents can participate. In addition, attendees will hear the story of The Refuge and an accompanying performance, followed by an opportunity by Lighthouse Writers Workshop to share your own story and hear a new one in return.
