Five model homes are now open, and community amenities underway

ESTERO, Fla. – Pulte Homes has sold over 100 single-family homes in Verdana Village, where homebuyers can explore five professionally decorated model homes showcasing the flexible consumer-inspired designs created by one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years.

The vibrant lifestyle of Estero’s newest master-planned community is also taking shape with the construction of the extraordinary amenity complex underway, and Publix, which has recently broken ground on a new supermarket at The Shoppes at Verdana Village located near the main entrance on Corkscrew Road.

The builder continues its’ new home sales success at Verdana Village in Estero and the Corkscrew Road corridor east of Interstate 75 – identified as one of Southwest Florida’s top locations for residential growth by local real estate experts. Pulte offers new homes at nearby Corkscrew Estates and built in the sold-out Wild Blue, The Place at Corkscrew, and Corkscrew Shores communities.

“Estero has become a sought-after location for homebuyers,” said Danielle Calamela, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “It’s centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers, close to the Southwest Florida International Airport, and offers restaurants and shopping destinations less than 10 minutes away at Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point, and Gulf Coast Town Center.”

Pulte Homes offers 13 floor plans with 1,405 to 5,363 square feet under air and options with up to seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths. Homes are priced from the $400,000s, and all homesites include larger front-yard setbacks from the street and spacious back yards.

Verdana Village is planned for 2,400 single-family homes on a variety of homesites offering lake and preserve views. Developed by Cameratta Companies, the community offers a comprehensive array of lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including a sports complex with a gym and full-size basketball court, indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, and a racquet pro shop. Nestled along a large lake and nature preserves, the building also features a fitness center, movement studio, craft lounge, ice cream/café, a private party room, and a full-service restaurant and bar.

Residents will enjoy a resort-style pool complete with cabanas under pergolas, a swim-up island with daybeds for sunning, a pool bar – set to the soundtrack of water jets in the pool, and a separate heated spa. The deck offers numerous destinations for outdoor dining and lounging. Additional amenities include a yoga lawn, bocce courts, a dog park, and a playground.

Pulte’s single-family model homes spotlight the range of choices for families and active adults alike and the opportunities for personalization.

At 1,405 square feet, the one-story, two-bedroom Contour, part of the Scenic Series, makes a great choice for single homeowners, couples, or those looking to downsize without losing the benefits of a larger, connected living space. A formal entryway leads to the gathering room and kitchen with a roomy center island, and the owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet.

Within the home, a light, bright and airy ambiance is complemented by shades of slate blue and coastal contemporary design throughout.

The popular Mystique model, in the Executive Series, offers a floor plan that can be customized to include up to four bedrooms and three baths and an extended gathering room option that enlarges the entire main living space. Starting at 1,889 square feet, the Mystique offers flexibility for buyers, whether they need a home office, space for a favorite hobby, or extra bedrooms for a growing family.

Featuring shades of cream, taupe and beige, the Mystique model features boho-chic lighting throughout living spaces, creating a fresh and welcoming environment. Layering neutrals with textural fabrics, eye-appealing art, and decorative side tables and lamps, the Mystique embodies an airy and coastal contemporary ambiance highlighting warm woven accents throughout the home.

The single-story, two-bedroom Prestige model, also part of the Executive Series, features 2,080 to 2,257 square feet of living space. Large sliding glass doors lead to the covered lanai from the spacious kitchen and open gathering room, while the owner’s suite features dual walk-in closets. A flexible space provides homeowners with options for personalization, including the potential to add a third bedroom.

White-on-white finishes add a pop of elegance and luxury to the Prestige model. Stone gray cabinetry accented by stainless steel lighting pendants elevates the space, while pops of emerald and green in accent pillows and a velvet Franco chair add depth and an idyllic contemporary modern accent to the home’s styling.

Ideal for families, the five-bedroom, 3,416-square-foot two-story Yorkshire design in the Executive Series features an airy kitchen, café, and gathering room on the first level, along with flexible space that can be used for a formal dining room, office, or private den. All four second-story bedrooms have walk-in closets, and there’s also a loft area on the upper level.

The transitional and contemporary aesthetic of the Yorkshire model features rich ebony and glints of gold highlighted in hardware, bookshelves, and seating set against shades of tan and cream for added warmth.

Starting at 2,483 and ranging up to 2,687 square feet, the Stellar home design, part of the largest series, Echelon, offers an open living and dining area connecting seamlessly to the lanai, ideal for daily living and entertaining. A spacious owner’s suite features an expansive walk-in closet, while a third garage provides space for a golf cart, bikes, or other equipment.

Bold rich navy and ebony make way for lighter touches of cream, taupe and cool gray in the Stellar. White oak-looking tile flooring unifies living and bedroom spaces, while trim detailing in a chevron pattern displayed in white in the gathering room and blue in the owner’s suite provides added dimension.

Pulte homebuyers in Verdana Village also benefit from the company’s commitment to green-building standards, sustainability, energy efficiency, and healthier homes. Pulte was named the Florida Green Building Coalition’s 2020 Builder of the Year.

In addition to Publix, The Shoppes at Verdana Village will also offer prime restaurants and stores. For golfers, Verdana Village is only 2.5 miles from Old Corkscrew Golf Course, the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Design in Southwest Florida, and Stoneybrook Golf Club. Residents will also enjoy proximity to Florida Gulf Coast University, top-rated schools, and the Estero Park and Recreation Center with a fitness center and outdoor amenities.
