Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years, continues to expand its selection of new homes in Babcock Ranch with the introduction of Verde at Babcock Ranch, expected to open for sales mid-2023. The neighborhood will be located in Babcock Ranch’s next phase of development, featuring an array of new neighborhoods, trails, parks and greenspaces.

“Verde was created for value-focused homebuyers and will offer a more simplified and streamlined buying process,” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “Homebuyers will appreciate the standard new home features coupled with a variety of color and design choices to personalize their home. With Verde, we’re also focused on providing families with the ability to secure a new home in a shorter timeframe with a selection of quick move-in homes that will be available.”

Pulte expects to begin land development and construction of model homes during the latter part of 2022. Offering 399 single-family homes and private amenities adjacent to a planned pedestrian-friendly village center, community greenway and school, the 109-acre neighborhood will offer a choice of two homesite sizes and a variety of consumer-inspired home designs. Verde’s private amenities will include a neighborhood pool and a covered pool cabana with seating.

Bordered by Curry Creek Preserve on one side and the new village center to the other, Verde is located along Curry Creek Trail south of Cypress Parkway, Babcock Ranch’s main road providing easy access to State Road 31, the new Publix-anchored Crescent B Commons shopping center offering restaurants, beauty salons, healthcare and veterinary services, and the lakefront Founder’s Square, the town’s scenic downtown district. Verde is also close to Babcock Neighborhood School, a project-based public charter school for kindergarten to eighth-grade students, and Babcock High School, opening for the 2022-23 academic year.

“Many families have chosen to live in Babcock Ranch because of its unique mix of outdoor recreation activities, scenic views of preserves and lakes and proximity to numerous activities in and around the community,” said Graeve. “Its appeal crosses generations and fits a variety of lifestyle preferences with a vibrant live, work, play atmosphere. Pulte looks forward to expanding new home options for families in Babcock Ranch as the town develops to the east in its newest phase.”
