Planning to pick a passel of pumpkins?
The traditional orange pumpkins and numerous color and specialty variations may be found at local farms, street corners, churches and other spaces.
Here are some places to find the perfect pumpkin. This list will be regularly updated throughout the season.
The Pumpkin & Christmas Tree Stand
Where: 1427 S Broadway, Edmond, and 3300 W Britton Road
Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch
Where: 720 S Henney Road, Arcadia
When: Through Nov. 5., hours are 1 p.m. to dark Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. to dark Saturdays; and noon to dark Sundays.
What: Pumpkin patch, petting zoo, tractor rides, games; animal feed, pony rides and face painting must be purchased separately.
Cost: General admission tickets are $13, tickets for youths age 12 and younger are $10, free for children 2 and younger, fall season passes also for sale.

Orr Family Farm
Where: 14400 S Western, OKC
Hours: Fall Season is Sept. 23 through Nov. 11. Hours vary, so call ahead or go online to https://www.orrfamilyfarm.com/ for specific dates.
What: Pumpkin patch, hay ride, fall maze.
Dates to remember: Fall Festival, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 24-25; "Trick Orr Treat," Oct. 28.
Cost: Some activities like pony rides are additional purchases, Fall Season 2023 Weekend Passes and Super Passes are available.

St. Matthew United Methodist Church
Where: 300 N Air Depot Blvd., Midwest City
When: Sept. 25 through Oct. 31, hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Dates to remember: Pumpkin Patch Festival is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 14.

Wings Fall Festival & Pumpkin Patch
Where: 13700 N Eastern, OKC
When: Weekends from Sept. 29 through Oct. 22. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
What: Hayrides, games, petting zoo, inflatables among activities.

Chester's Pumpkin Patch at Chester’s Party Barn & Farm
Where: 5201 Cimarron Road, Piedmont
When: Sept. 23 through Oct. 31. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Cost: Admission is $12 for ages 2-10; $6 for ages 11-64; free admission for children younger than 2 and for adults 65 and older. Admission includes one pumpkin pie pumpkin per paid guest, while supplies last.
What: Barnyard games, mystery maze, pony rides, tractor rides, giant slide, face painting, photo opportunities and petting zoo (zoo food is $1 per cup) are featured. Concessions and sweet treat shop items are sold separately.
