After a disastrous end to his first season with the Colts, no one is expressing resounding confidence in Carson Wentz. That means that despite having several years left on his contract, his spot on the roster is anything but a guarantee.

Frank Reich won’t commit to Wentz, despite being the one to vouch for his talents last offseason. Chris Ballard says he isn’t sure, either.

SportsLine says Wentz is more likely than not to be the Week 1 starter for the Colts next season (Yes -170/No +120). Fansided also says he’ll start Week 1 under center (Yes -250/No +200).
