Qdoba fan favorite returns to menu for a limited time. Here’s what to know

Qdoba is bringing back a menu favorite — but not for long.

The loaded tortilla soup returned to participating Qdoba restaurants nationwide Tuesday, Oct. 10, the fast-casual Mexican eatery said in a news release.

Back in time for fall, the savory soup is made with a vegetable-based broth with the option to add protein and toppings including pico de gallo, shredded cheese and tortilla strips, according to a product description.

Customers can also opt for a vegetarian version, the restaurant said. Whichever they choose, the soup is served in a crispy tortilla shell and also comes in a regular cup or bowl.

“We ... are thrilled to add it back to our menu as a limited-time staple for fall and winter,” Katy Velazquez, senior executive chef at Qdoba, said in the release.

The restaurant did not say how long the loaded tortilla soup will be available, and pricing information wasn’t released.
