What qualifies as 'essential' services?

The definition is broad, but of course it includes healthcare and first responders, as well as people who work in grocery, food production, pharmacy, retail, transportation, and public works. Car repair shops can remain open. Restaurants can remain open, as well, if they sell food for takeout or delivery only. People who work in liquor stores are also deemed "essential" as are hotel workers. Houses of worship can remain open, but they are subject to the same limit as other gatherings of no more than 10 people.
