Quality Inn & Suites on Richland Avenue in Aiken sells for nearly $4 million

Sep. 27—The ownership of the Quality Inn & Suites at 3608 Richland Ave. W. in Aiken has changed.

Ganeshay of Aiken LLC purchased the hotel and the 1.86 acres on which it stands for $3.38 million on Aug. 30, according to Aiken County land records.

The seller was Richland Ave LLC.

Nishit Patel is the registered agent for Ganeshay.

Richland Ave LLC bought the Quality Inn & Suites for $3.225 million from the A.C. Property Management Corporation in 2018.

The 13,729-square-foot hotel has two floors. It was constructed in 1990.

There also is a Quality Inn & Suites at 2577 Whiskey Road in Aiken.

In addition, there is a Quality Inn at 110 E. Frontage Road off Interstate 20's Exit 22 near Aiken.
