One-year-old Archie has inherited one of his father's most iconic traits—and it hasn't escape Queen Elizabeth's notice.

In April, on a Zoom call with Archie, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle for the Queen's 94th birthday, the monarch apparently commented on the youngster's hair color. According to the Times, she "is said to have noted that Archie has his father’s red hair" during their conversation.

In addition to the Queen's birthday, the Duke and Duchess have had much to celebrate as of late. Archie celebrated his first birthday on May 6, and his parents went all out to make it special—even if social distancing recommendations prevented them from throwing a real party. The festivities included a smash cake for the birthday boy, and some special decor.

"Meghan made the cake—strawberries and cream," a source told People. "And Harry helped with decorations and blew up balloons." The source added, "They Zoomed with godparents, friends and family and had a really simple but incredibly joyous day."

Archie's friends joined in the fun, too. The one-year-old "is best friends with his dogs," the source said of the family's beagle and black lab. "They make him laugh and are gentle with him."

Soon after, the Duke and Duchess celebrated their two-year anniversary on May 19. According to Harper's Bazaar, the couple toasted the occasion with margaritas, paired with some of their favorite Mexican dishes. Harry and Meghan also had several Zoom calls with friends and family—and even some of the vendors who worked on their royal wedding. "They all reminisced about what a beautiful and magical day it was," a source told Bazaar.
