One person is dead and three others have been hospitalized after first responders showed up to a bizarre domestic attack inside a Queens apartment, officials said.

Police and firefighters responded to the home on Hempstead Ave. near 221st St. in Queens Village about 6:30 a.m. on a report of an emotionally disturbed person, officials said.

Once they entered the home, first responders found a 72-year-old man stabbed to death by his 30-year-old son.

The victim’s wife, 70, his other son, 31, and that son’s wife, 29, were all found unconscious, cops said.

Medics rushed the three unconscious victims to Long Island Jewish Hospital and Manhasset Hospital in critical condition. It was not immediately clear how the family members were rendered unconscious.

The son who committed the stabbing was taken to an area hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

First responders initially thought the incident was some kind of mass suicide, but that possibility was ruled out as police continue to determine what unfolded, NYPD officials said.
